ok, taOnly illegal if bought brand new, if bought second hand then it should be ok ... but if plod got fussy you would have to prove that they were originally on the car from the factory (yes officer they were on it when I bought the Disco)

yes you will, as they bolt to the same place as the bumper does on the chassis. i left my bumper complete thou. side note you will need to either remove or notch the plastic part that the number plate dcrews to
possibly depends on the type of bar but no modifications were required when i fitted mine, just rested nicely against the number plate surround.
