Bulkhead project (inside vent panel)

Does anyone know if these replacement panels exist? I'm after the inside panel for the top of the bulkhead replacing the left vent and just below down to that square hole.

I can replace part of it with sheet metal but I'm not sure how I would shape the vent curves.

I've attached a few photos which show the areas im missing.

That might be too far gone to save!

I think you should cut your losses and get another bulkhead. That said, things can always be sorted if you have the skills and tools ??

Mine wasn't quite that bad, but new vent panels, new legs?, new feet, new footwells and lots of cutting plates and welding resulted in this.. just back from blasters, going to galvanizers

This is one of them raise the dead jobs,Perhaps you could get the part you need from an old bulkhead that is not so dead in that area.

That's where they all die though.. surprised no one makes a part
