I bought some jump leads with a ?Harrison plug on them with the idea of fixing a connector to the battery to the front or side of the passenger seat base/battery compartment. Does anyone know where to source a bulkhead fitting? And any recommendations as to the best way to connect the tails to my existing battery, which has factory connectors?
Many thanks

I use my local auto electrical factors
When you buy components from them they crimp em free
Think connector u require is an Anderson connector socket
Try eBay for prices?

And to the op, just get some bolt on lugs crimped on, original terminals will have a bolt through, so remove nut, stick lug on, nut back on, job done.

great minds. did mine last year

Here's mine.

I have a split charge system on Daisy but also a manual link to strap both batteries together and for the sharp eyed a key operated isolation switch.

God help anyone other than me who had to get into all the systems I have put on this vehicle.

Hi - just bought what I thought was identical kit - but how do croc clips fit to this any help appreciated
They don't, you need another Anderson connector.

As for mounting, I just used two bolts and a load of washers. Didn't need no fancy bracket and it was plenty solid.

Doh idiot I am. Do we just take the croc clips off and fit the Anderson connector - do my jump leads need to be a certain size as my leads are not as beefy as those attached to the red Anderson plug

Yeah pretty much. You're better off finding out the intern diameter of the metal connectors for the anderson plug (oh and there is no male and female, they're exactly the same but fit together opposite ways. You'll see what I mean).

Search on YouTube for 'Anderson connector jump leads'. There's a very good video there showing you how to make them. I made my own using very heavy, good quality welding cable. Will start a truck mine will ;). Don't buy cheap jump leads and use those as you'll be wasting your time.

Sorry didn't explain myself very well - I have a cheap compressor with croc clips - the idea was to make it easier to pump tyres up.
