okie dokie my bulkhead on my 90 was repaired in the past so i decided to give it a few knocks about and on one side i made a little hole... DOH! i have the pannels to have the bulkhead repaired but i was thinking maybe i can use metal filler to fill the hole (just to pass the MOT for now) till i gather the money to have the pannels replaced

heres the hole

Don't fill unless you are sure the rest is solid (being a landy it probably won't be) Filler can crack if you slam the door hard or the wind catches it. Should be ok just to get through the MOT though...some may have appeared in my rear xmember a day before the MOT when I stupidly went prodding :D

yeah thats what thats what i was thinking, a heafty speed bump on the way to the MOT an then pop goes the filler. ive also been wondering what color my 90 is. i remember someone telling me what it was but i cant remember

thanks for the reply :D

Your local car paint shop should be able to sort it. I got a small bottle of bt grey touch up for mine and it was on his computer thing that mixed it. That should be enough for your bulkhead repair. THey will also mix you a spray can if you want... I did my rear door and it came out okay. Local paint shops tend to be very helpful. Your paint looks a bit dull and may need a gentle T cut to match well... again, your paint shop man will advise. The touch up is good for touching up hinges.. as the name suggests :)
