broken RH engine mounting

Hi there
can you remove a broken RH engine mouting from a freelander 1.8 k series where its bolted to engine without removing the cambelt as 2 upper engine mount bolts have snapped due to poss previous onwer cross threading bolts when replacing cambelt

thanks for any help or info i can get

yes you can but don't forget to support the engine underneath with a jack or axle stand

You can as Freelaner said. However if he managed to screw up a simple job like fitting the mount correctly I'd be checking the cam belt fitting, who knows what horrors are lurking inside the cover.
