Brief Wiring Help

So ive just dropped a new 300tdi from a disco into my 90. Originally a 19j diesel. I have two spade connectors coming out of my drivers side footwell, tied together so presumably one positive, one negative. Where do these go? I have the fuel pump and oil filter spades connected.

It might help if you let us know what colour the wires are ...

Brake pedal?

The brake valve thingy? Normally mounted to the face of the footwell with brake pipes going to it.

No, I meant the valve thing.
Brake light switch is on the pedal box.

Its a hydraulic switch as fitted to series and (pretty sure) pre-defender 90's

Possibly the wires for the reverse light and diff lock warning light

Thank you all for the response. I have been driving the 90 around for the past few days and it doesn't seem to be affecting anything. However, what is the hydraulic switch?
