Brakes

As far as I can think at this time of night and after a few pints the answer is no as the back side of the wheel cylinders poke through the brake back plate so the bleed nipples and the brake pipe union can be easily accessed
 
Trouble i seem to have is where the steering arm gose in to the swivel at the bottom it covers the nipple . Cant seem to get pipe on ?
