Brakes problem

My mrs has a 3.9 v8 discovery 1 and when driving it sometimes the car brakes shudder like the abs is working and il pulls really bad to the right , if you stop and pump the brakes as hard as you can it clears but sometimes comes back again and other days its fine :-( any ideas guys ? ... When it pulls to the right it can take you over the other side of the road it's dangerous ....

Lazy/sticking caliper/pads would be my guess.

Sounds like a severe imbalance to me.

you could take the front prop off and drop it on a set of brake rollers to give you a proper reading, drive to the garage with front prop off in diff lock (slowly)

Check the wheel bearings .. seriously. Take the hubs off and check the inside bearing ...
