I have just changed all my discs and pads, bled all the brakes, but with the engine running the brake upon pressing slowly goes to the floor is this normal.or is there an underlying problem, there is no brake fluid leaking,so I am out of ideas can anyone help please?

a lot of time the brakes get a better peddle when bedded in,
especially if there is a lip on the disc.
is the pedal right to the floor or just low and hard

Check for leaks and give it another bleed
It has been known for flexi brake pipes to blow up like a balloon under pressure so you loose you peddle

Thanks,I would be right in saying when bleeding the brakes the engines running, front left then right, rear left(passenger) then right

the order only really matters on an empty system.
i do it with engine off, with no servo help the peddle should be rock hard, and drop slightly when you start
