ok so i have to remove it from the bulk head. there are 6 boults 3 dawn each side threw the bulkhead and 4 brake lines atatched to the cilinder. remove all they to get it out but....
haw is the peddal atatched?
is the flued under presher? (will it all **** out or just a little)

i will have to bleed brakes after all the work as i am all so to change a brake line at the back. witch willst i think on.
are the conections at ether end of the brake line re-use-able on any pipe of the corect od and boor?

thanks for pooting up with my spelling without complaining ;)

once the bolts and the pipes are removed, the servo and cylinder should lift out with the pedal attached.

The fluid isn't under pressure, but it will run out.

As for making up some pipe, get the correct brake pipe and a flaring tool, and some NEW unions (connectors) dont bother re-using them, and dnt just use any old pipe of the right size, cos of the working conditions, like the pressure, and the vibrations. Otherwise, brake pipes are pretty easy to make, and not expensive.

Hope this helps!
