brake disc problems

hi guys, got myself in a bit of a mess, just removed the o/s/r brake disc and hub assy from my '94 300tdi disco and do'nt know how to seperate them, Haynes simply says "seperate them".... car on axle stands in mother in laws garage, diff oil on floor and promised to move it today, aaaaaaargh !!! can anyone help please?

is it not that they are rusted together? try belting them with a hammer or just drop it on the floor. either should seperate them

i know its just grand innit... the poster posts a question about a problem he has... someone posts an answer with a possible solution...original poster post a confirmation that it has worked and a small word of thanks.............answerer posts aknowledgement... and then you get some spurge about how wonderful we all are and so another fred spirral downwurd in the true tradition of LZ

I jest like the fact that the splendid advice proffered wuz in essence "**** it wiv an 'ammer or drop it from a height onto something hard", s'usually a treatment reserved fer noobs!
