Hi guys, need some help:) have fitted a whole new brake system to my 90 project, using td5 pedal and cylinder, copper pipes and a rear pressure bias valve etc. have bled it through 3 times, with 2 man method, just a spammer and hose etc but still haven't got a decent peddle! Fluid stream good when bleeding, front better then back (like a water pistol in the front- front bias valve on rear pipe accounts for that I think). Funny thing is after a single pump of the peddle It's like a rock, but
If I let the peddle go within a second it's back to full travel and spongy!!! Any ideas, am a bit worried as I am not very experienced with brakes- thanks mates

Do it with the engine running so the servo will assist, if not check all connections are moped up. Are all the flanges ok on the new lines?
