Morning folk,
Just a quick post to see what its going to cost.
I have a 300tdi (R380 main box) and when under engine breaking my low diff jumps out. on a particularly scary
section of the GAP route, my main box decided it didnt like 1st either and popped out!
So when the going gets tough, the girlfriend is holding the low box stick and i hang onto the main. not ideal. this does not happen in high under normal drving conditions or over level rough trerrain and like i said, only when under load from a steep decent.
whats the likely cause? Not got time to sort before Morocco next month but will need looking into on my return home.
