I have changed the suspension dampers is it worth having parabolic springs as i use my landy mostly on the road?

paras definately make a more comfy ride on the road not so good off road though,however a properly maintained set of proper leafs can be fine try freeing up and lubing your existing set up before splashing cash you might be surprised

^^^What Jock says it can make a huge difference. jack up and support on chassis to give full spring articulation. Wire brush, bash with a hammer, spray with something like diesel and old oil. Drive around for a week and repeat. Drive around for another week and this time spray with grease. I use carlube 100+ spray grease with the tube nozzle on to get into the spring gaps. after I did mine the ride height came up over an inch and ride quality is better.
