How ya getting on igloo ?
I've got a similar thing going on at mo,bought a 2001 p38 4.0 with LPG for 3.5k and it lasted just under 4 weeks,thermostat failed and jammed closed and did the head gasket.just sent final letter as dictated by trading standards.
I spose I should have known better buying a p38 but did me research and bought one with full history and spoke to garage that did the servicing but still got bit in the arse.

Mines still on going.

I wonder if anyone here knows how to ammend a CCJ?

I have had the debt collectors visit the garage, They're claiming it's not them.

What the collectors requested was that i get an ammendment on the CCJ to include every name, And address i have that's involved.

Does anyone know the form i require and where to download it?

Did you get your money back in the end?

I'm about to start the same thing.

There's a program on tv - Send in the Bailiffs or something like that. They follow a County Court bailiff around dealing with stuff like this. They are legally empowered to confiscate goods and it's amazing how quickly money is found when necessary. No chance you can involve this lot - the bailiffs not the tv show.
