bottom pulley problem

you need a serious puller, if you've shifted the bolt that is.
If you need to shift the bolt, put a socket on a breaker bar, jam it into the chassis and flick the starter... scary but it does the trick!

as you look at the front of the engine from the grille...the engine will turn clockwise with the starter.

so either jam your breaker bar under the chassis by the steering box, or above the chassis by the intercooler.

Put the car in top gear, get someone to put their foot on the brake and undo it. You'll need the fan off the water pump.

Same thing to tighten.

We used a 250ft lb Britool torque wrench to undo and do ours up, it is 200ft lb from memory for the V8 haven't checked for your engine but I assume it's a diesel?

The V8 pulley just lifts off, don't know about the diesels.
