Both rear doors wont open, please help

About two months ago the passanger rear door wouldnt open from the outside but opens fine from inside. Now the other back door (drivers side) is the same, both open fine from inside but not the outside? Bit of a nightmare as we are expecting a baby in a few weeks could prove difficult. Any ideas what it could be or how to fix? thanks

Agreed the most likely cause, but you could try greasing the door lock mechanism 1st, mine were just as your's but work fine now after cleaning and re-greasing.
