Not the reg plate one the single one inside. Mine keeps falling out and is a loose fit. Nothing appears broken on the fitting itself and the aperture looks original so I suspect I've a metal clip of some sorts missing? Anyone got a pic of this lamp?

When I swapped mine out for an LED unit I don’t remember seeing any clips. From what I remember is was just a plastic tab at each end.

Given the cost of them, I’d look to replace with an LED unit. I can actually see what’s in the boot when it’s dark out now.

No clips on mine, it seemed that the plastic had deformed so that the clips no longer latched. I fitted an LED strip across the width of the hatch and glued the old plastic lens in place with a small spot of hot melt glue at one end. I can see every darn dog hair with the LED strip LOL.

Same price on ebay as their website , ordered off ebay to save filling in all the website details.
Pity the 38 doesn't have a remote upper tailgate release, could use the led lamp as a reversing light then when backing down my gloomy drive at night. :vb-lol:

It wouldn't be too difficult to fit a couple of flush lamps either side of the load area in the moulded fibre board panels really. I like originality though.

The LED bulb in my reverse lights make a big difference

I got an LED strip one to go right across the tailgate and slipped the wires past it. The wires tightened it up so now I have both.
