Morning all,

I do a bit of hiking and I'm wanting to kit out the landy a bit more.

I wanted to see if anyone else has made a custom boot door card and how they made it, what they used along with any tips.

I'm wanting to fit one of these:

As well as some sort of fold down shelf that I can put a twin burner on:

This TD5 on youtube has been overland prepared and the way the boot has been done is brilliant, not sure its exactly what you need but may give you some ideas especially the shelving on the actual door card

i did mine out of the boarding from a van bottom and sides (i had some lying around) basically used old door card as template, draw round, get jigswa out and bobs your uncle then just some self tappers, a hinged flap would be eay to attach along with any othwer bits should i need
