Hi guys, how do I remove this pin without doing damage only just recently bought the vehicle it’s been heavily abused off road drives ok on the flat soon as it hits a hill it dies to a point of stalling,on a hill start it wouldn’t go up a track on the farm last night I had to reverse back down and take a run up on high revs it only just made it when I’ve stripped it today well you can see for yourself it’s been full of water the pin turns and moves up & down about 10mm but won’t come out.tia Ed 1763F963-CEBF-447F-8434-C4A59FB9E80F.jpeg

They just pull out mate, put a little bit of timber across the pump & use a lever under your grips
it should pop out.

Fuel pin could be seized at the bottom of the boost pin, is fuel pin seized it will not return and will stop the boost pin coming out.
Look at the boost capsule behind the throttle linkage and you will see an allen key, fuel pin is behind this.

Tbh I cannot remember! but removing the allen key headed cap means you can get some freeing up oil in there, then work the boost pin which should free things up.
