Bonnet release cable snapped

Hi all I own a fl1 2006 and th bonnet cable snapped I managed to get in to the bonnet with a coat hanger lol but the spring has now fell off is it easy or a pain to change the cable and put the spring back on or is it a bumper off job. I'm also in the process of changing a front caliper as its stuck on and couldn't get under the bonnet. The joys of owning a landy

I solved it with the cost hanger method I can manage with that for the time being
