Managed to pull of the handle for my bonnet release at the weekend, I can still open it with a set of pliers, but any suggestions on how to replace the handle?

Cheers

I snapped the T handle off years ago, repair of the handle is by replacing the cable, just undo the inner wire at the bonnet catch, remove the inner wire leaving the outer in place, slide in new inner wire and reconnect, a 5 minute job. Simples.

price dependent , of course.....I go to a HGV parts outlet or independent motor spares gaff and buy a "T" handle cable and outer , always found that cheaper and easier . The cables are used variously as engine cut outs , choke cables or even......bonnet releases .

IIRC the most I have paid is £12 , and thats only cos it was late on and I was away to tow some big kit . And I is a proper miser

Not forgetting a good smear of grease on the cable inner as you feed it into place. It's less likely to get stiff and jam again in future.
