bonnet hinge brackets

does anyone know how to solve the problem of the bonnet hinge bracket on the bulkhead coming away from the bulkhead. looks like mine had been filled with filler around the bracket but now this filler is falling away it shows the bracket almost detached from the bulkhead. understand these brackets cannot be bought. any ideas very welcome. does anyone else have this problem as my older 90 is fine as are my family member defenders. the bracket seems to have two circles one each side - have these been spot welded to the bullkhead.

we have just about prised one off with a screw driver so will remove it and the bonnet then cut out a bit where it rusted around the bulkhead area and then weld it back on - not sure whats done this but my son is always standing on his bonnet - a B plate - and his is fine. then there is the problem of sourcing a colour match - a white N plate
