bonet swap anyone?

hi there,

my bonnet has holes in it and a plate riveted to it for a spare wheel, however i hated the wheel being there so now i am left with a bonnet with a load of holes in! if anyone fancies their wheel on their bonnet and would be interested in a swap, let me kno!

Do you have any photos? I have a bonnet painted nato green with a few dinks in it if you're interested? They should knock out. It all depends on what yours looks like though and what you think of mine!

mine has no dinks at all, paint is pretty shocking tho, someone has slapped some sort of strange paint on with a brush! bonnet is the best bit to be honest! il try and get pics.

Get some filler on it. I sanded my bonnet back to metal and then filled all the dints and basically skimmed it with filler. Sanded it back with an orbital and it looks like brand new. I'm well impressed. Did the same thing to my back door to remove the wheel carrier but I put rivets in all the small bolt holes and left them on show because I thought they looked ace.

Or you could just get a new chequerplate for the bonnet and it will cover the holes.

I would, but not keen on chequer plate.. My wings is enough for me!
