:violent:Its laughing at me. Ive got a set of stainless steel bolts for the doors and some captive nuts but one bastard bolt(top bolt on top hinge on driver side ) just will not come out. The captive nut is obviously not so captive anymore. My drill is not good enough to take it out and not enough room between the hinge and frame to fit a grinder or hacksaw Please suggest a solution before someone gets hurt

Can yer not borrow one??? where are you??, It dont need to be that good, i drilled mine out with a cordless black and nacker
What did you drill out with a cordless black and decker? Ive got a cordless hitathy'(spelling may not be right) its a good drill but with metal bits when the presure gets high they slip in the chuck. Yeah I can borrow one but hate asking

if it has a screw drive clutch settings on it put it on that on highest setting and hold on to it and let it ratchet for a minute (dont sound much but it works a treat ;))
