Body Cappings

Hi all

I need to replace the cappings on my 1997 300 tdi 110 hard top. I've bought two straight sections on eBay and understand that I also need two corner pieces (MWC3316/7), which various companies sell. However the guy who is going to do the job has looked at the parts diagram and says the cappings for my truck are actually one piece L shaped parts. Any idea who is right?

I bought some galvanised ones for my 90 several years ago. They are one piece L shape. You need to buy the corner pieces past the lights separate.
