BLUE SMOKE 300tdi 1996

has anyone had this problem, when driving in any gear and any speed when i take my foot off the accelerator and the engine revs reduce under what you would call engine brakin, i get clouds of blue / white smoke , but when you pull away again it stops, it does this when the engine is hot or cold,has anyone got any ideas cos its driving me nuts

Mine is same until its warm so will hope its seals.i dont get alot of blue smoke only a bit. N black smoke under hard acceleration

sure its blue? my friends sucked in coolant (HGF) when he came OFF load

Id say bluey grey its not losing oil or coolant.n the 2 aint mixing it just once cold itl smoke when throttle is off just a puff then stops. It hoes once warm
