Hi all, I'm just swapping stuff from my 3-door to my five door Disco - too much rust/cost to save it...

Has anyone got any clever tips for getting the under-wheel-arch bolts undone? They just 'spin' on the screw end under the bonnet and are a bugger to get to with a screwdriver.

Next step is grind them off.

Grind off, replace with new.
That's what I did - much easier and less sweary.

In fact, thinking about it, I only used the 2x 10mm bolts and brackets into the scuttle panel when I fitted back in place, as I didn't fancy drilling unnecessary holes in the new inner wings.
More than ample to keep it in place.
