Bloody plastic plugs!!

So, on the 300tdi there are some plastic clips that fix straight into the engine block, one is missing and I can see the camshaft turning??
It blips oil everywhere

are there any replacements or good fixes for this brilliant piece of engineering please

The 200tdi has holes in the same area about 5mm? Sealed with rtv.

It's diseased, they don't have plugs

It's been and gone now, I fitted a trim clip loaded with engine high temp sealer and plopped it in with a satisfied ring of sealer and bingo. Sealed..

They were wiring harness holes but drilled all the way down to the camshaft
