I there a way to fit this damn switch? Been trying for two hours and am now seriously considering getting rid of the car!

O dear we have all been there m8, never had the pleasure of fitting one so carn't off any advice
with mine I had the 3 amigos as soon as pressed ''buy it now'' for the up grade brake switch
they disappeared

Got a new switch but it will just not go in. It's exactly the same as the one I took out.
