Water pump off, and seems fine. ready to fit new pump and viscous fan.

Radiator been flushed through top and bottom, seems fine.

Can somebody please put me in the right direction so that I can bleed the water cooling system properly.

Then I can take it for a drive and see what happens

when i did mine i filled the expantion tank that will fill the rad once thats full i then start it up with the cap off the expantion tank let the air bubbles escape then put the cap back on and put the heater on hi and the blower on full let it get up to normal running temp if it goes over normal loosen the cap to release any air if it stays at normal stop engine and let it cool down then top up the expantio tank and hope it dont over heat i dont know if its the correct way but thats how i did mine and i had no problems for the last year before i sold it

this will either be a bastard or go as smooth as silk,
take the top rad hose off and fill the engine and rad with coolant, make shure the bleed off hose from rad to expansion tank is clear take it off and blow thro it and dont be heavy handed putting it back on or you will need a new rad when you snap the tit off the rad(dont ask),fill the expansion tank and start the engine and let the pump work dont let the tank empty leave the cap off and top up as needed, when warm refit cap and then take for a short spin and then recheck coolant level, should be just under the seam on the tank, have fun:)
