You could try changing the roof. Plenty on ebay.

is it a flat roof you have or a ridged ?
if flat - remove sunroof - cut out an oversize piece of alu the same shape.- tiger seal and 4.8mm blind rivets
pikey - moi ?
if ridged - fit a new roof.

i just blanked mine off last weekend.
As top drive suggested, i ordered a piece of aluminium cut to size (£15 delivered), pack of rivets and sealant and 20 minutes later job done.

Ebay.... where I buy my beans from.
I used 0.9mm but I would probably go up to 1.6 if I were to do it again. It's quite a large area.
Just put in aluminium sheet and yourll find plenty. Most suppliers offer it cut to size. I ordered 900 x 500 but check your sunroof first incase it's a slightly different size.

A few reasons, one being that I don't like being rained on when it's not raining outside (condensation)!
