Hey guys. Now that I have moved 'oop norf I am slowly bringing all my crap up from the farm in herefordshire.

I really cannot be arsed to lug 500 litres of veg oil and my bio diesel reactor + 200 ltrs of meth etc up here.

Anyone interested?

Its a 120 ltr reactor vessel with 3kw heater, recirc pump, all stainless fittings, large bore pipework, I have 200 ltrs of 99.99% meth still in its barrel. Lots of potassium hydroxide, a methoxide mixing barrel which the pump can be controlled to suck from (so you dont spill it over your'sen and err.... die...) all mounted in a nice welded up frame. It has a nice control system with big easy buttons like "on" and "off" for those that like that sort of thing.

The thermostat on the heater element is duff and wants changing. I just bypassed it and used an infrared thermometer instead as it was more accurate anyway.

about 500 ltrs of VERY high quality oil from an industrial bakery that makes donuts for asda and morrisons. Smells luverly! No animal fats or anything in it and makes really pukka biodiesel - 40p per litre (in 20 or 25 ltr drums which i will include)

eerr what else...

i was making it in 100 ltr batches, and it produced around 85 ltrs of diesel in that with the 15 ltrs of glycerin. I used the glycerin to mix with sawdust and they make awesome fuel bricks!

Oh yeah I also have a air pump ill chuck in, its not the biggest but it does the job!

Lots of different ways of using this to make bio, which i wont go into. Id be happy to go into how i used it though with anyone that wants any info. Loads of info on the net and a lots of how too guides. Everyone has an opinion on it and its best to read up and make up your own mind i reckon.

offers on the reactor and any other bits your after.

oh its collection only from near leominster.

Id be after about £300 for the reactor. Theres quite alot of expensive kit gone into it I am afraid.

that is the most awkward bit. There is a chap up the road from me who does it for 47p a litre, but if you can get it free... more so the betterer!
