Well i decided to make my way down to Billing aquadrome on friday morning nice and early to miss the traffic. So we left home at 5:00 a.m. for the boring journey down the M6, and landed in Billing just after 7:30 so it wasn't too bad at all.
Needless to say that at 7:30 in the morning all the stallholders etc were still sleeping, eccept for the few that were just arriving to set up there stalls. We managed to get some food at a little Indian/English restaraunt on the site which i must was very good. By about 9 ocklock mny more of the stalls were beginihg to set up and the weather was begining to fine up too. As we wandered around we saw many of the big names you here about, Simon Buck was there with his display from Devon 4x4, the Simmonites were there, Mantec , Superwinch , Scorpion Racing with some very impressive suspension displays (see the pics in the gallery) Garmin were there showing a great display of GPS equipment, and a guy selling Memory Map software which was very impressive. The ussual tyre suppliers were all there giving some ridiculous deals, it would have been interesting to be there on Sunday afternoon to see what the last of the stock was going for...
There were cycling and Falconry displays with plenty to keep the kids occupied and content. And of course the all important beer tent hmmmmm, a little of my time was obviously spent in here sampling the ale :)..

All in all it was a great day was had. there were loads of spares to be had ,new and second hand, and quite a few second hand motors too, not to mention all the nice Landy's that were displayed and parked around the site.
Due to the amount of people etc it was very hard to get any decent pictures at all, but i will stick a few in the gallery for all to see.
Did anybody else get to Billing at all?????
