Bicycle Rack Question

hi Everyone hope someone out there as a good solution, we just waiting for the Virus travel alerts to be called off so we can get back on the road. We have done about 50 000 km's on this rig so luckily The Beast is not a pavement special!! As you can see from he attached pic we quite heavily laden, and currently carrying one bike on the roof rack (pit of a pain to take down all the time and also would like to add as little weight as possible due to lifting of the roof tent). So best solution is something that would fit onto/off the back of the roof rack or that hangs above the motorbike (i can this on and off with a removable ramp). Any ideas? Also if anyone can recommend outside storage boxes they have found very strong that can mount onto the front bumper that would be great (behind the winch box) for storage of winch gear and tools, or any other practical solutions for exterior storage would appreciate that. (i have a spare tire mounted on the one side and on the other an exterior gas/food storage case). any ideas interesting!!!

Love the Fender, but not very good to show so many people locked up at home a bit of kit that would allow them to travel anywhere :)
Just out of interest what does it weigh when all set to set off on a trip?
