Best oil for 180k DSE ?

Hi, the motor needs a good service and I was wondering what is the best grade of oil for a high mileage 2.5 DSE ? There's 180k on it . Just want to quieten the rattles! lol.
 
any 10-40 semi synthetic will do.
allthough in my old 186,000m dse i used 15-40 semi synthetic bit thicker! and in my newer 119,000m dse i still use 15,40 coz i get it from work for free!
