Bermach cam

Lads,

I probably know the answer to this and the replies but I just have to ask it for my own sake,

I need a new cam for my 4.6, its in a challenge truck that's used for pay and play days so I'm not looking for an 1st in Croatia or Dresden. I had a look at the Kent cams and there coming in at £290 and a genuine cam is £200. I was talking to V8tuner and he has a cam for £80 he's not sure of the brand but as he said there only three companies making cams. Paddocks have a bermach cam for £40 pounds. I have a set of brand new lifters and am I mad buying a cam for 40 or 80 pounds and end up eating my new lifters and end up with a bigger bill or just unfortunately bite the bullet and buy the Kent. I would love a Kent cam but I don't really have the money to get one. What's the opinion on a 40-80 pound cam

Turner engineering sell genuine ones for £59. Are you sure paddocks supply bearmach?

Didn't know that must give them a ring. Yep entered in part number and up it popped then had a bearmach water mark on photo so just assumed.

can assure you though the kent dont half liven it up..got mine from turner..it wernt 290

just had a look at the kent from turner good price, would love it but just done clutch and DMF on disco 2 and I'm broke
