help do you fine people have any idea how this happend driving at 60mph sudenly lost power and bent every push rod timing belt and timing marks still spot on belt intact took head off no marks on pistons its a 200tdi disco 300,000 miles on clock hhheeeeeeeeelllllllllpppppppppppp

Rocker shaft seizure my only guess if belt correct

Not as bad as my ordeal. I turned my defender off after a trip to the corner shop, next morning it was seized because of a broken conrod!
