bell housing for 2.5na diesel

Hello does the LT77 bell housing from a defender fit on to a series gearbox. I want to know because I might have the chance of getting a 2.5na diesel from a defender but it has no bell housing. Thanks foe help.

remove any dowles and redundant studs just bolts up then with more than enough studs left,v8 has no studs around the bottom at all
