yup
tractor universal oil is top quality stuff, just packaged and marketed for farmers.

Is Tractor Universal Oil green? and is it of different viscosities or one bottle does everything? I bought some correct viscosity tractor oil from Griggs country store and it was green - apparently completely normal! Landy seemed to like it.

The stuff I use (Mole Valley Farmers own brand - made by Ovoline I think) is golden coloured. It comes in 10/40 or 15/50.

Treworgey, that would be about the same colour as clotted cream then ... in fact, it probably IS clotted cream ...
