Battery drain

are there any common battery drains on a 300tdi auto classic?
it wouldnt start on tuesday so i banged a new battery on it, fired straight up. checked charge rate 14.3v, checked battery with tester, charge and retest, tested 100% good.
this morning wouldnt start again, jump started

.
i can only think that something is stuck and causing the battery to discharge over a few days, any ideas?

still having problems starting my rrc. i have rechecked the charge rate and found 13.8v. will this be my problem? can the alternator charge rate fluctuate?

If measured on battery, maybe duff connector or worn out cables

I had a similar problem,I though it was a drain, but it was a charging problem. it turned out to be a bad earth. I cleaned them all up and it's been fine ever since.
