L322 Battery drain and a washer motor?

Evening all! So my L322 drains it battery flat if left for a couple of days... From what I have read people seem to think its something to do with the near side headlight wiper motor??? or the washer pump???

Well I pulled the relay [in the LH dash] and it made no difference, replaced it and pulled the one behind the battery which broke everything.

Plugged in my diagnostic code reader and it tells me the wiper is wiping when its parked and parked when its wiping.

Now im confused.

Two questions; any ideas what to do next and where will I find the washer motor?

From what I've heard the problem is the wiper does not return to park correctly and continues to draw current...post a pic for the gurus and let them see...

I believe they can be unplugged at the headlight as a temp fix.
