Batteries, Size and my confusion

Running a D2,

Best battery to fit seems to be a c31 1000
also seen superb specs on an 019 but its 355L, 175W 190H.
what do these numbers mean? (the 019 and C31, not the dimensions lol )
https://www.tayna.co.uk/car-batteries/powerline/c31-1000/ am informed fits just( 330 L , 175 W, 235 H,) but what other batteries are the same size or slightly smaller?
Wondering if 14 inches (355) will fit in my box, where's my tape?
(and yes, I can't believe I typed that either and neither can the wife )
 
I wouldn't worry about other batteries, the C31/1000 Powerline will fit in the D2. It's a snug fit so it doesn't move about much at all.
You're trying to get a quart into a pint pot by the sound of it, there's not much chance of getting a 355 mm battery to fit in a hole designed for a 330 mm box of volts and amps.
 
Reason am looking and wondering is that the 019 is 66 quid and 900cca 100ah so now i'm looking up different battery sizes to see what else will fit. will let you know if i discover anything wonderful 8)
