Barrelee69, gearbox noise.......,????

hiya everyone, I own a 2056 disco3 s, recently started to get some noise from gearbox so decided to change transmission fluid and filter which I have now done.
Not made any difference..
When your driving and gearbox is under load there isn’t any noise but when you take foot off accelerator it’s like a scouring noise and when you stop ,scouring noise stops but then it’s a sound like a fan has turned on.....?
Also when you put it in reverse and your not moving there’s like a screeching noise..
Anyone got a clue what it is...pls help
