I am seeing the Osteopath lady tomorrow.
Things are pretty good generally, but there's this nagging ache in my chest at the back running obliquely up and out.
It's got to be a muscle or a nerve in distress, but I have no idea what sets it off, or why.
Perhaps if she walked up and down my back in her stiletto's it would help?
All I know is that I keep locking up there and across my shoulders and it's a real bummer.
Usually she "finds" the tight & knotted areas very quickly, but why do they keep locking up?

I get the same. Basically the muscles etc "default" back into that position and then lock up again. It's as if they feel happier that way. The right hand side of my spine is perpetually locked up to an extent.I am seeing the Osteopath lady tomorrow.
