All you really need is tyre diameter. The effect on gear ratios is down to
the different circumference, which is proportional to diameter. If you're
talking 34" nominal tyres originally, and fitting 32.5 nominal, (I make it
32.8)
erm... just wondering which percentage you want. I *think* you want
(difference)/(new tyre size)*(gear ratio). I doubt it makes that much
difference which tyre size you use for the ratio.
