Yeah if it's a drag hunt count me in. How's about this............I tie a smelly greeny (has to be a smelly one) to a rope on the back of my III & drag 'em up hill & down dale (he won't mind, Dale that is!) until the dogs catch up. Then I take photies of the feeding frenzy & post them on this site & to Greenp*ss firstest class. When I'm done I use my disgustingly polluting, useless vehicle to drag a Whale who has been driven mad & ashore by the effects of the latest Navy sonar back into the sea, thus also making me feel even better about myself.

See, misguided greenies do what they do indiscriminatly to 4X4's because they're readily available targets, easily accesible in their own streets. They don't even have to get a bus to anywhere to feel like they've made their little stand.

I think all 4x4's that do over a 100 mph....should be banned,( apart from the RANGE ROVER SPORT, I REALLY LIKE THAT) What is this all about, for me a genuine 4x4 should be noisey ,definately slow , very uncomfortable and a pain in the neck to park,,,oh and of course should be really dirty at least twice a week...if i wanted to do over 100mph the last thing i would buy would be a4x4...What governments should do is prosecute any 4x4 owner that doesnt take their car OFF ROAD...can you see many CAYENNEE'S ,ML55AMG'S, X5'S.... GETTING SCRATCHED AND DIRTY....therefore....Everyone that wants a 4x4 will have one for its intended purpose to make you ache on long journeys and spend a whole weekend trying to get the lights clean enough to take your kids to school on monday morning....which really leaves these drivers with only 1 particular mark to choose.....A LANDROVER...
I think i have just solved all the problems of the anti 4x4 groups and possibly maintained the future of one of the worlds greatest marks.....

yer plan sucks!! what ye want to do is ban roads then every body would have to have an orff roader. dead easy innit? that way no one could complain about 4x4's as everybody would have one. i can't wait to see ferrari's attempt at an orf roader. btw i think you meant marque and not mark!! but then again you was talking about a landrover so maybe mark is the right word after all.

Sorry ,slob i did mean marque...but dont it make you laugh all these super car performance off roaders..( which they definately aint) As you probably know i live in Spain and one of the best things i have seen through the summer was the number of huge 4x4 's being driven here by other european's on their holidays ,ive seen HUMMERS, DODGE RAM'S, THOSE CHEVY THINGYS, A LINCOLN NAV and your normal X5 ,ML55 LEXUS ( which every one of was spottlesly clean)whatever they are's.....But the best part is most of them come from.....wait for it...and this is true..... .HOLLAND. ..now correct me if im wrong ( i dont watch a lot of tv) but i was always under the impression that this particular country was flat.....so what if you get all the nambies to boycott HOLLAND .perhaps then they could leave all the genuine off road people alone and get to chill out 'wi da herb' at the same time. To be honest the god damn worlds gone mad.......and the people in charge are madder.....

tha whole world has always been mad. what happened was someone invented the landrover and once you've driven a ser 111 you becaome more 'aware' and sane. so its not the world thats going mad its landys owners getting saner.
you can't ban 4x4 based on purrformance cos then you'd have to ban the bowler and we can't have that happen.
speaking of people using orf roaders for any thing but orf road you should check out the locals around here, they have these daft cars called town cars which have a ****y little 2cyl diesel engine in them and a fan belt instead of a g/box. they still manage to drive them into and out of muddy fields. oh and they have wheels about 10" in dia.

a bloody golf cart could cope with yer average snow fall in the uk of course there are some places worst hit than others but lets face it yer worst brit winter hasn't got a hope against the ones right up north.
if people could drive that would help a bit. one year when i lived in scotland i past a line of cars all doing about 15mph cos there was about 1/4 inch of snow on the ground. each of them had there prat lights on and each of them flashed lights and honked horns at me as i past them in my astra. after going around a rather sharp left hand corner i watched each of them plow straight on into the opposite ditch. the silly ****s was trying to brake and steer at the same time
it no wonder so many brits get stuck in their car at the least bit of white stuff..

you always need a 4x4 when that nice car is stuck in the snow and mud keeping it kleen i could have said s--t.

did anyone listen to the the talk on radio 2 last week i heard no valid points why they should ban working 4x4's.
what if you work off road me for example how would you get to work?

i do have an objection to the posh prats who take their kids to school in the the latest "6.5l" jeep or trooper when the are scared to park on the grass verge with it.

if its to do with pollution then i can think of alot more polluting cars than most 4x4's

and i would much rather be in a 4x4 than a smaller car because you basically have a built in roll cage.

Theres always plenty to be said from the anti 4x4 set who seem to be supplying this ludricous left wing establishment (the government) with "facts" regarding damage caused in the countryside by beastly 4x4's coupled with pollution and of course lets not forget personal injury when a 4x4 is involved in an RTA.

Drive a Landy or owt else 4x4 (god forbid) and your public enemy number one. Get seen in the rural areas in yer Landy and it almost warrants a witch hunt. This is AFTER you've paid yer taxes and NI.

BUUUUUT, if yer want to consider becoming a yob then thats OK. You can go and break into some old dears flat and half beat them to death before stealing thier pension. You can mug some poor sod in broad daylight. You can also jump the queue at the chemists just so that you can have your methodone. And the best part is that the government will PAY you to do this and more, every week as regular as clockwork !!!!!!!!!!.
