Bad vibration

Hi all I noticed a vibration some time ago and now it has got worst It happens when it is accelerating under load in all gears and when going up hills when pulling hard but decreases when running on the flat. any ideas anybody
 
thanks for the suggestions I was thinking the same myself but not sure it best to get a second or third opinion.
it's a 1997 disco 300tdi so may time for a change
 
hi guys thanks a lot for advice
garage found that the doughnut ring was in the act of destroying its self new one fitted now as good as new
