hi wonder if anyone can help a newbie I have owned Freddie the freelander td4 for the last year and spent a fortune keeping the dam thing running latest being new glow plugs and relay after starting became a chore only for the starting still to be bad.
Put key in turn and all lights come on a go out as should apart from the glow plug light that is not coming on at all give it a few seconds try to start and nothing for more than 15+ seconds engine turns over then starts but not for what seems an age once started runs great no problem but if I stop for a few minutes then go to start the same again takes an age to fire up I am two shakes short of ringing the scrap man I cant keep this up shame great runner when going but as a part time school driver I cant keep chucking money in the fire so to speak any help would be great thanks in advance. bill
