I notice you say it ‘sometimes’ cuts out and then won’t restart.
Possibly the LP fuel pump on the way out? When it cuts out and you try to restart, can you hear it running (r/o/s wheel arch)

hi there thankyou for that the lp pump is still running all the fule presures are there and in tolerance
had live data on the rail and no drop in presure when it wont start and after about ten minits it will start but if you switch off it wont again for a bit changed fule regeulater on hp pump with no efect thankyou

hi all changed all senser on the engine wiring loom on engine and wiring loom on injectors also changed the injectors to new ones changed fule filter and lp pump
thankyou

Unlikely to have a timing error, unless the crankshaft has broken.
If the ECM had failed, it wouldn't start at all.
Are there any codes listed?

If you had a dodgy pump that wasn't building pressure, but occasional built enough to start the engine - I recon it would go into limp mode rather than cut out if the pressure dropped. But it looks like pressures are OK.

Its the exhaust/cat blocked? If it was blocked, would it 'cough' when turning as it tried to start up rather than nothing at all?

Recon you must have a dodgy solder (in the ECU or a pin to the injectors maybe) or relay or summat.
